Which currencies does Bharosa Mart accept?

We only accept Nepali Rupee.

Which credit/debit cards are accepted for payment?

We accept all major “Credit” and “Debit” card that are supported by “Visa and MasterCard“.

How can I get a refund when my payment method is credit/debit card?

You can get refund as per the refund method you have selected while filling the Online Return From.Your refund method depends on your payment method.

For e.g. if you have paid via Credit/Debit Card then you can opt for Refund Voucher or Credit/Debit Card as your refund method which will be processed within 15 working days

Is it secure to pay via Credit/Debit Card?

Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit/debit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do retain your credit/debit card information after your order is completed it is submitted directly to our banks to process your payment.

Do I need to pre-pay for my product when I order it?

Pre-payment is 100% safe and easy. However, Daraz also offers you the possibility to pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

Does Bharosa Mart offer installment plans?

Currently, Bharosa Mart does not have installment plans. However, we will soon be launching Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) plan for selected categories.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Bharosa Mart?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Bharosa Mart. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.

If any unauthorised transaction found against my Credit/Debit Card then what should I do?

In case of any issue related to unauthorised transaction, please contact our customer support via (LIVE CHAT) or call us at 9851265886. Provide the details of the unauthorized transaction (transaction date and amount, first 6 and last 4 digits of the card) as well as your registered contact details where we can contact you.

What is 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA Card in partnership with card issuing banks under the “”””Verified by VISA”””” services. 3D secure password is an additional one-time password, that you’ll be asked to enter on the payments page. This password is known only to you, and is sent to you via email or text. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
